Your Questions, Answered

What payment methods are accepted for your dumpster rentals?

We accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards. And the payment is always due before or at time of the dumpster delivery.

Are there any prohibited items not allowed in the dumpster?

In one word, yes. We not only are aware of the safety of our staff and fellow travelers on the road, but we also care for the environment. Anything hazardous, toxic, or combustible is not allowed in the dumpster for us to haul away. This includes tires,
batteries, large stumps, paint, lacquers, oils, fuels, asbestos, infectious waste, and
contaminated soils.

When can I expect my dumpster to be delivered to my job site?

Our staff can notify you of your delivery period when you receive your free quote. Under most circumstances, you can expect delivery of your dumpster rental on the same day. Normal delivery is usually expected within 48 hours at most between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

When can I expect my dumpster to be hauled away?

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if the dumpster is ready to be hauled away before the seven-day rental period is up. If not notified, the dumpster will be picked up on the seventh day, or at the end of your rental contract period.

Are there extra fees if I exceed the weight limit for my dumpster rental?

We highly encourage our customers not to exceed the weight limit for their dumpster
rental. We take our employees’ safety very seriously, and we want to make sure that
hauling away your items would not impose a risk on them. It could also be potentially
hazardous for fellow travelers on the road to transport anything beyond the recommended weight limit.

Do I have to be present on the day of delivery?

We would love to see you and say hello! However, we do not require you to be present on the day of delivery. We do require a couple of things from you before delivery. We will make sure before
your dumpster is delivered we have all your important information, including an
invoice, billing documentation, and a reliable email address and phone number we can use to reach you.

What if I am not available and access to the dumpster is blocked at the time of pick-up?

We understand that you have responsibilities and cannot always be there for pick-up or delivery. And we would be happy to haul away your dumpster if it was left in a spot that is accessible to our staff.
If a dumpster cannot be hauled away at the time of pick-up due to not having access to
the dumpster, a $75 trip charge will be applied in addition to your rental contract.

Can I expect any additional fees besides the dumpster rental service?

We are transparent about our pricing. Our rental service fees are provided at a flat rate
and are completely spelled out in your free quote. As long as the weight limit is not
exceeded and rental periods are honored, there will never be an additional fee that you did not anticipate.
Don’t wait another minute to get started on your project!

What happens if I load the dumpster in excess?

Accordion cost for the safety of our drivers and the community, overloading the roll off
dumpsters is prohibited. Thus we charge $100 if they are overloaded as we have to
remove the excess waste from the top and ensure its safety.
